Welcome to Al Maha English School for Boys. To introduce our school, we are an English speaking school offering a unique combination, with the National Curriculum of England at its core together with a strong Islamic ethos in a boys only environment. Arabic, Islamic Studies and Quran also form part of the taught curriculum.
We aim to promote the local culture and the interests of our boys through our teaching and extra-curricular activities. Recent events have included participation in a national Quran competition in which we have traditionally done very well, as well as winning the under 7’s National (Olympic Day) football finals. We believe it is absolutely essential to keep boys fully engaged and motivated.
Of course, happiness is going to be a key ingredient to any child’s learning. We aim to provide a safe sanctuary at our school where our boys can feel secure and happy. Our teachers aim to make every day enjoyable and practical for every child in school. When things do go wrong, we are right there to ensure support and help is provided in a nurturing way.
